OUR PROGRAM
ONE COORDINATED PROGRAM.
Mindfull Neuro Recovery provides a bridge between hospital care and home lifethrough our intensive, multidisciplinary neurological day treatment program. Our model integrates specialized therapies into one coordinated plan.
Our interdisciplinary team works from one coordinated treatment plan, allowing medical oversight, rehabilitation therapies and support services to work toward the same individualized goals.

WHAT IS NEUROLOGICAL DAY TREATMENT?
Neurological day treatment provides coordinated rehabilitation for people who no longer require inpatient care but continue to need specialized treatment following acquired brain injury. Patients participate in individualized rehabilitation during the day while continuing to live at home and remain connected to family and community.
COMPREHENSIVE CARE. WITHOUT AN INPATIENT STAY.
INDIVIDUALIZED CARE
NOT EVERY PATIENT NEEDS EVERY SERVICE.
EVERY PATIENT NEEDS THE RIGHT PLAN.
Services are selected and coordinated based on each patient's clinical needs, functional goals and stage of recovery. The treatment plan evolves as those needs change.
INTEGRATED SERVICES
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, PM&R medical oversight, case management and other indicated services work together around shared goals.
INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT
Each patient's treatment plan is built around their medical, physical, cognitive, communication, functional and psychosocial needs and meaningful goals.
FLEXIBLE PROGRAMMING
Treatment may also incorporate vocational rehabilitation, family support, community reintegration, pain and spasticity management and other services based on individual need.
ADAPTS WITH RECOVERY
The interdisciplinary team reviews progress and adjusts treatment as needs, abilities and goals evolve.
MEASURING PROGRESS
RECOVERY SHOULD BE
MORE THAN A FEELING.
We utilize standardized outcome measures, including the Mayo-Portland Adaptability Inventory (MPAI-4), to track meaningful improvements across three critical domains of neuro-recovery.
ABILITY
ADJUSTMENT
PARTICIPATION
Physical, cognitive and communication abilities that can affect everyday function.
Emotional, behavioral and other symptoms that can influence recovery and participation.
How effectively a person is engaging in daily life, relationships, independent living, transportation, work or school, and the community.
MEASURE. ADAPT. MOVE FORWARD.
Outcomes aren't measured simply to document progress. They help the interdisciplinary team identify remaining barriers, evaluate how needs are changing and adjust the treatment plan around the areas that matter most to each patient's recovery.
MEASURING WHAT MATTERS
IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
