CONDITIONS WE TREAT
ONE FOCUS.
ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY.
Mindfull Neuro Recovery provides neurological day treatment for people recovering from acquired brain injury. Because no two brain injuries affect a person in exactly the same way, treatment is individualized around each person's medical needs, abilities, functional challenges, goals and stage of recovery.

ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY
DIFFERENT CAUSES.
ONE PATH FORWARD.
Acquired brain injury refers to an injury to the brain that occurs after birth and is not hereditary, congenital, degenerative or induced by birth trauma. The cause may differ, but rehabilitation is guided by how the injury affects the individual and the goals that matter in everyday life.
WE TREAT THE PERSON — NOT JUST THE DIAGNOSIS.
CONDITIONS WE TREAT
ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY
CAN TAKE MANY FORMS.
Our program is designed around the effects of acquired brain injury rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol for a diagnosis.
STROKE
Rehabilitation addressing the physical, cognitive, communication and functional effects that may follow stroke.
TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY
Individualized rehabilitation following brain injury caused by an external force or trauma.
NON-TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY
Rehabilitation following acquired brain injury resulting from non-traumatic causes.
POST-CONCUSSION
Rehabilitation for individuals experiencing persistent functional challenges following concussion.
OTHER ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES
Individualized rehabilitation for other acquired injuries to the brain that affect everyday function and independence.
BEYOND THE DIAGNOSIS
THE DIAGNOSIS TELLS US
WHAT HAPPENED.
THE PERSON TELLS US
WHAT COMES NEXT.
The same diagnosis can affect two people very differently. Mindfull evaluates the individual's abilities, challenges, medical needs, daily roles and goals to build an interdisciplinary treatment plan around the person—not simply the injury label.
FUNCTION
Movement, balance, endurance and the ability to complete everyday activities.
COGNITION + COMMUNICATION
Thinking, attention, memory, problem-solving, language and communication.
LIFE + PARTICIPATION
Independence, relationships, family roles, work or school and participation in the community.
