Our clinical team reviews the referral and available records.
03 — ASSESS
Our clinical team determines whether neurological day treatment is appropriate and identifies the individual’s rehabilitation needs.
04 — COORDINATE
If appropriate, our team works with the patient, family, referral source and payer to coordinate the next steps.
