WHAT IS NEUROLOGICAL DAY TREATMENT?
Neurological day treatment provides coordinated rehabilitation for people who no longer require inpatient care but continue to need specialized treatment following acquired brain injury. Patients participate in individualized rehabilitation during the day while continuing to live at home and remain connected to family and community.
COMPREHENSIVE CARE. WITHOUT AN INPATIENT STAY.

NEUROLOGICAL DAY TREATMENT.
ONE COORDINATED PROGRAM
Mindfull provides post-acute rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injury who reside in the community but require high-level care.
Our program bridge the gap between hospital and home, offering structured, interdisciplinary support to maximize functional recovery and safety.
MEASURING PROGRESS
RECOVERY SHOULD BE
MORE THAN A FEELING.
Mindfull Neuro Recovery uses structured outcome measurement to evaluate change throughout rehabilitation. Using the Mayo-Portland Adaptability Inventory (MPAI-4), we can track progress across important areas of life affected by acquired brain injury and use that information to help guide individualized treatment planning.
ABILITY
Physical, cognitive and communication abilities that can affect everyday function.
ADJUSTMENT
Emotional, behavioral and other symptoms that can influence recovery and participation.
PARTICIPATION
How effectively a person is engaging in daily life, relationships, independent living, transportation, work or school, and the community.
MEASURE. ADAPT. MOVE FORWARD.
Outcomes aren't measured simply to document progress. They help the interdisciplinary team identify remaining barriers, evaluate how needs are changing and adjust the treatment plan around the areas that matter most to each patient's recovery.
